HOME FAQ
What payment methods do you accept?
We primarily accept payments via Telegraphic Transfer (TT) directly to our official bank accounts in USD or JPY. Full banking details are provided exclusively on the Proforma Invoice we issue to you.
Can I pay in installments?
Currently, we require 100% of the payment to be cleared before we can dispatch the original Bill of Lading (B/L) and export documents to you. In certain regions, we may allow a deposit to secure the vehicle, but full payment is required prior to document dispatch.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Transparency is our core value. The Proforma Invoice will clearly list the FOB price of the vehicle, freight charges (if C&F/CIF), and any requested inspection fees. Please note that your local customs duties, taxes, and import fees in your destination country are your responsibility.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary greatly depending on the destination port and vessel schedules. On average, shipments to the Middle East take 2-4 weeks, Africa 4-6 weeks, and the Caribbean/South America 5-8 weeks. We will provide an estimated ETA once the vessel is booked.
What is the difference between RORO and Container shipping?
RORO (Roll-On/Roll-Off): The vehicle is driven directly onto the ship. It is generally cheaper and faster but does not allow you to pack extra spare parts inside the vehicle.

Container: The vehicle is securely loaded and sealed inside a shipping container. This is safer for high-value vehicles and allows you to ship spare parts along with the car.
How do I receive my documents?
Once the vessel departs and your full payment is confirmed, we dispatch all original documents (B/L, Export Certificate, Invoice, etc.) directly to your provided address via express courier services like DHL or FedEx with a tracking number.
Are the vehicles inspected before shipping?
Yes. Every vehicle undergoes a rigorous mechanical and cosmetic inspection by our team before being listed. If your destination country requires mandatory pre-shipment inspections (like JAAI, JEVIC), we will arrange the certification.
Do you provide warranties on used cars?
Due to the nature of international vehicle export, we sell all used vehicles strictly on an "As-Is" basis without official warranty. However, we guarantee that the vehicle will be in the exact condition described in the detailed photos and inspection reports.
